My name is Maleeka Smith, owner of Matchmaker of Real Estate.  I have been a resident of the Columbus area for a few years now and I am so excited to have turned my focus towards real estate.

 

With a passion for service and creating memories, I am ready to help with your home buying, selling, and investing needs.

• Buying - I will help you obtain the property you've always dreamed of by focusing our strategy on your individual style, needs, and budget. 

• Selling - I will provide free infographics, market analysist, and staging advice.  If you decide to list with me I will cover the cost of a home inspection and professional listing photography.

• Investing - With over 15 years of accounting experience I understand what the numbers mean.  I will help you calculate ROI, ARV, rehab estimates, and negotiate purchase prices with the seller, agent, or wholesaler.
